All our food is made from scratch and is 95% organic. We use as much organic local produce as is available in Tehachapi, Kern County and The San Joaquin Valley.
All of our coffee and tea is organic and fair trade.

We are conveniently located off State Highway 58 (hwy 58) across from The Apple Shed on Tehachapi Blvd.

- Tues. is acoustic jam night - 7pm
- Wed. is Open Mic Night - 7pm
- Sundays are reserved for special events, such as concerts, theater and private parties.
- The coffeehouse is available to rent on Sundays with or without catering.
Our vision is of a community center where all are welcome.
